摘 要:矿用电机车的制动性能关系井下运输的效率与人员安全,良好的制动性能是机车安全的重要保障。基于矿用电机车制动系统的制动原理,建立了电机车制动过程的数学模型,针对电机车制动系统的动态特性,应用UG软件对电机车的制动系统进行建模仿真,并对其在不同工况条件下的制动性能进行仿真分析,得到了矿用电机车在满载时制动系统的制动性能,为制定地下矿机车紧急制动策略提供了参考。The braking performance of mine electric locomotive is related to the efficiency of underground transportation and the safety of personnel,and good braking performance is an important guarantee for locomotive safety.Based on the braking principle of mine electric locomotive braking system,this paper establishes a mathematical model of electric locomotive braking process.According to the dynamic characteristics of electric locomotive braking system,UG software is used to model and simulate the braking system of electric locomotive,and its braking performance under different working conditions is simulated and analyzed,and the braking performance of mine electric locomotive braking system under full load is obtained,which provides a reference for formulating emergency braking strategy of underground mine electric locomotive.
