摘  要:以园艺类本科专业核心课程“园艺产品贮藏加工学”为研究和应用对象,坚持以学生为中心、OBE理论和持续改进的教学理念,以“从园艺产品基础知识到实际应用”为主线,优化教学内容,把知识体系重构为“认知园艺产品-培养技能-应用技能”3个模块,同时将“思政元素与课程内容相融合、科学研究与课堂学习相融合、区域产业与专业教学相融合”,体现出课程“基础知识-能力提升-实践应用”多层次的人才培养;建立以“持续改进”为核心的课程评价体系,实现了对学生知识、思维及能力的有效评价,探索出“一线三融”多层次的教学模式,赋能园艺专业创新型、应用型人才培养。Taking“Horticultural Product Storage and Processing”as the research and application object,adhering to the student-centered,Outcome-based education teaching philosophy and teaching reform goals,with“From Horticultural Product Basic Knowledge to Practical Application”as the main line,optimizing the teaching content,reconstructing the knowledge system into three modules:“Cognitive Horticultural Products-Training Skills-Application Skills”,and integrating“Ideological and Political Education with Course Content,Scientific Research with Classroom Learning,Regional Industry with Professional Teaching”,reflecting the multi-level talent cultivation of the course“Basic Knowledge-Ability Enhancement-Practical Application”;Establishing a curriculum evaluation system centered on“Continuous Improvement”has achieved effective evaluation of student knowledge,thinking,and abilities,explored a multi-level teaching model of“One Line Three Integration”,and empowered the cultivation of innovative and applied talents in the horticulture major.
