摘 要:随着时代的发展,思政教育在各类教育和培训中的地位日益凸显。“粤菜师傅”工程是广东省政府为推动人才发展、促进产业发展、传承文化等方面实施的一项重要举措,具有广泛的社会影响。文章在介绍“粤菜师傅”工程与课程思政的背景基础上,分析了思政元素全面融入“粤菜师傅”工程项目的理念,包括思政元素融入“粤菜师傅”工程的价值与意义、融入原则与方法以及主要融入领域。同时,基于课程思政的理念,结合职业技能教育特点和粤菜文化传承与创新的实际情况,按照“粤菜师傅”培训的四个阶段,从课程设计、课程教学、课程实践与课程反馈等,提出思政元素融入“粤菜师傅”工程的具体实施路径,力求构建出一套兼具专业技能培养和社会责任培育的“粤菜师傅”工程教育培训新模式。With the development of the times,ideological and political education has increasingly gained prominence across various educational and training contexts.The Cantonese Cuisine Master Project,a significant initiative implemented by the Guangdong Provincial Government to drive talent development,promote industrial growth,and preserve cultural heritage,exerts a wide-ranging social impact.This paper,based on the background of the Cantonese Cuisine Master Project and curriculum-based ideological and political education,analyzes the concept of comprehensively integrating ideological and political elements into the project.It discusses the value and significance of such integration,the principles and methods involved,as well as the key areas for integration.Moreover,grounded in the philosophy of curriculum-based ideological and political education and considering the characteristics of vocational skill education and the practical situation of Cantonese culinary culture inheritance and innovation,this study proposes specific implementation paths for incorporating ideological and political elements into the Cantonese Cuisine Master Project across four stages of its training process:course design,course instruction,course practice,and course feedback.The aim is to establish a new model for Cantonese Cuisine Master Project education and training that balances professional skill cultivation with the nurturing of social responsibility.
