摘　　要：粮食是人类社会和平发展的基石。当前全球政治、经济秩序已步入新的动荡变革期,世界人口持续增加、水资源缺乏、粮食产量增长困难、极端天气频发等问题给世界粮食安全带来前所未有的挑战。如何保证粮食安全将是世界各国都面临的现实问题。我们从粮食收获、清理、干燥、仓储和加工等多个环节分析了粮食产后损失的原因,并提出了相应的建议和解决方案,旨在为保障中国粮食安全提供参考。Grain plays a crucial role in safeguarding peaceful development of the human society.Now global politics and economic order have entered a period of great turbulences and changes.On the other hand,the ever-growing world population,water resources depletion,rare growth in grain output,and frequent extreme weather events have brought unprecedent challenges to the global grain security.It’s a reality faced by all the countries around the world that how to guarantee the grain security.In this paper,we aim to figure out the reasons underlying the postharvest loss from such links as food harvesting,cleaning,drying,storage,and processing and offer corresponding suggestions and solutions in the hope to shed some light on the protection of Chinese grain security.
