摘　　要：高校共青团作为大学生思想政治教育的核心力量,为了优化高校思政教育培训体系,并充分发挥共青团在思政教育中的引领作用,将“第二课堂”及“第二课堂成绩单”制度纳入思政教育培训的组织规划。分析高校思政教育培训现状,对比引入“第二课堂成绩单”后在培训类型规范化、培训记录总结和培训目标差异化方面的成果,发现新的实践模式对提升高校培训组织的效率具有显著作用。The Communist Youth League in colleges and universities is the core force of ideological and political education for college students.In order to optimize the ideological and political education training system in colleges and universities,and give full play to the leading role of the Communist Youth League in ideological and political education,the“second class”and“second class report card”system is incorporated into the organizational planning of ideological and political education training.By analyzing the current situation of ideological and political education training in colleges and universities,and comparing the results in the standardization of training types,the summary of training records and the differentiation of training objectives after the introduction of“second class report card”,it is found that the new practice model has a significant effect on improving the efficiency of training organizations in colleges and universities.
