“双一流”建设背景下食品科学与工程创新型人才培养模式探索

摘　　要：加快一流大学和一流学科建设,实现高等教育内涵式发展已经成为我国发展高等教育的重大方略。培养创新型人才是高等院校“双一流”建设的重点任务之一。加强学科内涵建设,提升学科核心竞争力,将“双一流”与“拔尖创新型”卓越农林人才培养有机结合,对培养食品科学与工程专业创新型人才具有战略意义。以内蒙古农业大学食品科学与工程专业卓越人才计划班为对象,探索一种适应于创新人才培养的新模式。通过整合学院优质教学资源、培养优质师资教研团队、改革课程体系和教学管理模式、拓展与培养学生国际化视野等措施进行实践。结果表明,新的培养模式明显提高学生的专业技能水平和实践创新能力,开拓学生的国际视野,培养学生的创新思维,为“双一流”建设背景下培养高素质创新型人才奠定了良好基础。Accelerating the construction of first-class universities and first-class disciplines and realizing the intension development of higher education has become a major strategy for the development of higher education in our country.Training innovative talents is one of the key tasks in the construction of“double first-class”in colleges and universities.It is of strategic significance to strengthen the discipline connotation construction,enhance the dis-cipline core competitiveness,organically combine the cultivation of“double first-class”and“top-notch innovation”outstanding agricultural and forestry talents,and cultivate innovative talents in food science and engineering.This study takes the Food Science and Engineering excellence program class of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University as the object to explore a new training model suitable for innovative talents.By integrating the college’s high-quality teaching resources,training the high-quality teaching and research team,reforming the curriculum system and teaching management mode,expanding students’international vision,practical measures are taken.The results show that the new training mode obviously improves the students’professional skill level and practical innovation ability,opens up students’international vision,enhances undergraduates’innovative thinking and lays a good foundation for cultivat-ing high-quality innovative talents under the background of“double first-class”construction.
