摘　　要：推进企业数字化转型,提高全要素生产率,对发展新质生产力至关重要。本文基于2012~2022年中国A股上市企业数据,研究了数字化转型对企业新质生产力的影响及作用机制。研究发现,企业数字化转型显著提升了企业新质生产力水平。机制分析发现,企业数字化转型通过强化人力资本、缓解融资约束和提高创新质量三个方面提升企业新质生产力。异质性分析发现,数字化转型对企业新质生产力的影响因企业所有权性质、规模特征以及产业类型的不同而存在差异,在国有企业、小规模企业以及非实体企业中数字化转型对新质生产力的提升效应更加显著。本文研究为扎实推进企业数字化转型,开辟企业发展新质生产力新举措提供经验证据和政策启示。Promoting the digital transformation of enterprises is crucial for enhancing total factor productivity and fostering new quality productivity.This paper analyzes data from China's A-share listed enterprises between 2012 and 2022 to study the impact,mechanisms,and heterogeneity of digital transformation on enterprise productivity.The study finds that digital transformation significantly enhances the level of enterprises'new quality productivity.Mechanism analysis reveals that digital transformation boosts enterprises'new quality productivity through strengthening human capital,easing financing constraints,and improving innovation quality.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the impact of digital transformation on enterprises'new quality productivity varies depending on the ownership,size,and industry type of the enterprise.The effect of digital transformation on enhancing new quality productivity is more significant in state-owned enterprises,small-scale enterprises,and non-physical enterprises.This study provides empirical evidence and policy implications for steadfastly advancing digital transformation in enterprises and exploring new measures for developing enterprises'new quality productivity.
