摘 要:为探究牛腿植筋和植筋胶高温后力学性能及牛腿结构稳定性,采用ABAQUS软件建立三面受火的隧道内烟道板植筋牛腿构件仿真模型,分析不同温度下植筋牛腿的应力和位移分布规律。结果显示:1)在经受1 200℃高温2 h后,距牛腿底面最近植筋的植筋胶温度超过耐火极限(120℃),导致熔毁,其余2根基本不受影响;2)植筋和牛腿位移微小,不超过9 mm,其力学性能随温度升高逐渐变为热应力和热膨胀主导,牛腿仍有71%的剩余承载力,而且牛腿的高温短时徐变影响可以忽略不计,故牛腿不会掉落。To explore the mechanical properties and structural stability of the corbel reinforcement and the corbel adhesive at high temperature,ABAQUS software is employed to establish a simulation model for corbel member at smoke passage plate under fire on three sides,and the stress and displacement distribution of the corbel under different temperatures are examined.The results demonstrate the following:(1)The temperature of the adhesive closest to the bottom of the corbel exceeds the fire resistance limit(120℃)after 2 h at 1200℃,resulting in melting,and the other two are basically not affected.(2)The displacement of reinforcement and corbel is small,no more than 9 mm,and their mechanical properties are gradually dominated by thermal stress and thermal expansion with increasing temperature.The corbel still remains 71%bearing capacity,and the short-term creep effect of high temperature can be ignored,thus the corbel does not fall off.
