摘 要:目的探讨五早教学模式在临床医学专业学位硕士研究生培养方式中的创新教学改革。方法选择2021年9月-2022年6月佳木斯大学附属第一医院神经内科新入学专硕研究生40名作为对象,随机数字表法分为2组各20名。对照组采用传统教学培训,试验组在对照组基础上联合五早教学模式,2组均完成3个月带教,比较2组考核成绩。结果经过不同教育方式进行培养,试验组带教后的平时成绩[(86.45±1.85)分]和出科成绩[理论成绩(93.90±2.36)分、技能成绩(94.25±3.54)分、综合成绩(94.20±1.16)分]高于对照组的平时成绩[(72.85±2.32)分]和出科成绩[理论成绩(81.90±3.16)分、技能成绩(87.55±3.87)分、综合成绩(88.30±3.31)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论在传统教学方法基础上联合五早教学模式,能提升学生的理论知识和操作水平,提高其创新水平。Objective To explore the innovative teaching reform of the five early teaching mode in the training mode of clinical medical master's degree.Methods A total of 40 newly enrolled master's degree students in the department of neurology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from September 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the subjects,and were divided into 2 groups with 20 students in each group by random number table method.In the control group,traditional teaching and training were adopted,while in the experimental group,five early teaching mode was combined on the basis of the control group.3 months of teaching were completed in both 2 groups,and the assessment results of the two groups were compared.Results After different education methods,the experimental group achieved usual performance of(86.45±1.85)points during the training period,and their graduation scores[theoretical score(93.90±2.36)points,technical score(94.25±3.54)points,and comprehensive score(94.20±1.16)points]were all higher than those of the control group,which achieved usual performance of(72.85±2.32)points during the training period and graduation scores[theoretical score(81.90±3.16)points,technical score(87.55±3.87)points,comprehensive score(88.30±3.31)points].The differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method,five early teaching mode can improve students'theoretical knowledge and operation level,improve their innovation level,and is worthy of popularization and application.
