摘  要:目的探讨思维导图在住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)腰硬联合麻醉教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月-2023年1月的滨州医学院附属医院麻醉专业60名住培医师作为研究对象,采用抽签法将其分为试验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。以住院医师规范化培训基本操作技能-腰硬联合麻醉作为主要学习内容,对照组住培医师采用传统教学方法教学,试验组住培医师在传统教学方法上添加思维导图进行教学。比较2组住培医师操作考试成绩以及对教师的带教质量评分。结果试验组住培医师操作考试成绩为(93.58±5.12)分,高于对照组的(86.40±5.22)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生对教师的带教质量评分为(89.58±6.28)分,高于对照组的(83.71±5.32)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将思维导图教学模式应用于医师规范化培训腰硬联合麻醉教学中,不仅可以提高住培医师的操作考试成绩,也可以提高住培医师对教师的带教质量评分。Objective To explore the application effect of mind mapping in the standardized training of resident physicians(referred to as residency training)for lumbar epidural anesthesia teaching.Method A total of 60 resident anesthesiologists from the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an experimental group(n=30)and a control group(n=30)using a lottery method.Standardized training for resident physicians on basic operational skills-lumbar epidural anesthesia as the learning content.The control group of resident physicians used traditional teaching methods for teaching,while the experimental group of resident physicians added mind maps to traditional teaching methods for teaching.Compared the performance of two groups of resident training physicians in the operational examination and evaluated the teaching quality of the teachers.Result The experimental group achieved a score of(93.58±5.12)points in the residency physician operation exam,which was higher than the control group's score of(86.40±5.22)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group students rated the teaching quality of the teacher as(89.58±6.28)points,which was higher than(83.71±5.32)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mind mapping teaching mode in the standardized training of doctors in the teaching of lumbo-epidural anesthesia can not only improve resident physician'performance in the operation exam,but also improve resident physician'evaluation of teachers'teaching quality.
