放疗联合安多霖胶囊对老年鼻咽癌患者外周血单核细胞凋亡及炎症因子表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探究放疗联合安多霖胶囊对老年鼻咽癌患者外周血单核细胞凋亡及炎症因子表达的影响。方法选取2020年6月至2022年6月麻城市中医医院收治的116例老年鼻咽癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组,每组58例。对照组仅采用放疗治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合安多霖胶囊治疗,比较两组不良反应发生率、外周血单核细胞情况、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]、炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平、心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分]和生存质量核心问卷(QLQ-C30)评分。结果实验组不良反应发生率为8.62%,低于对照组的32.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组细胞坏死率、细胞凋亡率、细胞早期凋亡率均低于对照组,细胞存活率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且实验组低于对照组,差异有差异意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清IL-6、TNF-α水平均高于治疗前,但实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于治疗前,且实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗后1、4、10周,两组QLQ-C30评分均高于前一时间点,且实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论放疗联合安多霖胶囊治疗老年鼻咽癌效果较好,不仅能降低不良反应发生率,有效控制外周血单核细胞凋亡率,还可缓解患者疼痛及不良心理状态,改善炎症因子水平,提高患者生存质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of radiotion therapy combined andolin capsules on apoptosis of peripheral blood mononuclear cells and expression of inflammatory factors in elderly patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 116 elderly patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted to Macheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with radiation therapy only,while the experimental group was treated with andolin capsules on the basis of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions,peripheral blood mononuclear cells,pain degree(visual analog scale[VAS]score),inflammatory factors(interleukin-6[IL-6],tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α])levels,psychological status(self-rating anxiety scale[SAS]and self-rating depression scale[SDS]scores)and the quality of life questionnaire-core 30(QLQ-C30)score were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 8.62%,which was lower than 32.76%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cell necrosis rate,apoptosis rate and early apoptosis rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while the cell survival rate was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-αof the two groups were higher than before treatment,but the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatmen
