典型病例图库教学在儿科介入放射学临床见习中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨典型病例图库教学在儿科介入放射学临床见习中的应用。方法选取广州医科大学2018级31名儿科学院在校学生作为研究对象,2019年1月至2020年6月广州医科大学附属妇女儿童医疗中心制作了儿科介入放射学常见疾病的典型病例图库,依据教学大纲突出重点内容并在临床见习中通过多媒体展示,最后进行模拟考试并以问卷形式调查教学效果。结果93.55%的学生认为该教学内容易懂、易记忆;90.32%的学生表示提升了学习积极性;96.77%的学生认为缓解了见习病例缺乏现象,临床见习满意率达100.00%。学生对知识的总体掌握程度达92.90%。结论典型病例图库教学可明显缓解儿科介入放射学临床见习过程中病例缺乏的现状,增加学生学习兴趣,提高学生对知识的掌握程度,提升教学质量。Objective To explore the application of typical case gallery teaching in clinical internship of pediatric interventional radiology.Mehtods 31 students of the School of Pediatrics in Grade 2018 were selected as the research subjects,from January 2019 to June 2020,the Affiliated Women and Children's Medical Center of Guangzhou Medical University created a typical case library of common diseases in pediatric interventional radiology,the teacher highlight key content based on the teaching syllabus and displayed the clinical gallery in the classroom,and simulated test and questionnaire investigation were made in the end.Results 93.55%of the students thought the teaching was easy to understand and remember;90.32%of the students expressed great interest in the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases involved in pediatrics,which greatly improved their learning enthusiasm;96.77%of the students believed that the teaching fully alleviated the lack of clinical cases,and the satisfaction rate of clinical internship reached 100.00%.The students'overall mastery of knowledge had reached 92.90%.Conculusion The typical case gallery teachingalleviates the current situation of lack of cases in the internship process,increases students'interest in learning,improves students'mastery of knowledge,and improves the teaching quality.
