摘 要:目的探讨学科前沿进展融入VR沉浸式教学在普外科规培教学中的应用。方法选取2019至2023到我院普外科进行轮转规培的80名学员为研究对象,按进科先后顺序分为对照组和观察组(每组40)人,对照组采用传统教学,观察组采用学科前沿进展融入VR沉浸式教学。教学结束后对两组规培学员的综合能力、师生互评满意度进行考核。采用SPSS 22.0进行t检验。结果教学前,两组规培学员在理论知识、健康教育、基础操作及专科操作4个方面得分中差异无统计学意义;教学后,观察组规培学员在理论知识、健康教育、基础操作及专科操作4个方面得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。带教教师对观察组规培学员在工作能力、工作态度、学习进取精神、差错事故、思想品德、劳动纪律、心理健康状况及总满意度方面评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组规培学员对带教教师在规培教学活动、业务教学能力、教学态度、自身素养工作能力及总满意度方面评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论学科前沿进展融入VR沉浸式教学有助于提高规培学员综合能力及临床教学质量,同时提高了师生互评的满意度。Objective To explore the application of integrating cutting-edge disciplinary progress into VR immersive teaching in general surgery training.Methods A total of 80 students who underwent rotational training in the General Surgery Department of Jiangsu Cancer Hospital from 2019 to 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group(40 students in each group)based on the order of admission.The control group received traditional teaching,while the observation group received VR immersive teaching integrated with cutting-edge disciplinary progress.After the teaching,the comprehensive abilities of the two groups of trainees and the satisfaction of teacher-student mutual evaluation were assessed.The t-test was performed using SPSS 22.0.Results Before teaching,there were no significant differences between the two groups of trainees in scores of theoretical knowledge,health education,basic operations,and specialized operations.After teaching,trainees in the observation group showed significantly higher scores than those in the control group in theoretical knowledge,health education,basic operations,and specialized operations(P<0.001).Teachers of the observation group scored significantly higher than those of the control group in terms of work ability,work attitude,learning and enterprising spirit,errors and accidents,ideological and moral character,labor discipline,mental health status,and overall satisfaction of the trainees(P<0.05).Trainees of the observation group scored significantly higher than those of the control group in terms of training teaching activities,professional teaching ability,teaching attitude,self-cultivation work ability,and overall satisfaction of the teachers(P<0.05).Conclusions The integration of cutting-edge disciplinary progress into VR immersive teaching improves the comprehensive abilities of trainees and the quality of clinical teaching,as well as the satisfaction of teacher-student mutual evaluation.
