摘  要:为了研究形状记忆合金(SMA)材料对碳纤维增强聚合物(CFRP)复合材料层合板的雷击损伤防护效果,基于常用的雷击电热耦合模型建立含形状记忆合金丝的层合板的雷击损伤有限元分析模型,与参考结果进行对比以验证模型的合理性,并与传统层合板的雷击损伤进行对比来分析SMA丝的雷击防护作用。此外,分析了不同峰值电流、SMA丝不同数量、嵌入SMA丝区域之间的不同间距和层合板不同铺层顺序等因素对SMA-CFRP层合板烧蚀损伤结果的影响,并分析影响规律。结果表明:SMA对CFRP层合板的雷击损伤防护有显著的效果,其中峰值25 kA雷击电流导致的烧蚀损伤面积降低至无防护层合板的57.43%。此外,SMA丝数量、嵌入SMA丝区域之间的不同间距和层合板的铺层顺序对SMA-CFRP层合板的烧蚀损伤的面积和深度具有较大影响。In order to study the lightning damage protection effect of shape memory alloy(SMA)materials on carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)composite laminates,a finite element analysis model for lightning damage of laminates containing shape memory alloy(SMA-CFRP)wires was established based on a commonly used lightning electric thermal coupling model.The model was compared with reference results to verify its validity,and the lightning protection effect of SMA wires was analyzed by comparing it with the lightning damage of traditional laminates.In addition,the influence of factors such as different peak currents,different numbers of SMA wires,different spacing between embedded SMA wire regions,and different laminate stacking sequences on the ablation damage results of SMACFRP laminates was analyzed,and the influencing law was analyzed.The results show that the SMA has a significant effect on lightning damage protection of CFRP laminates.Under a peak lightning current of 25 kA,the area of ablation damage reduces to 57.43%of the unprotected laminates.In addition,the number of SMA wires,the spacing between embedded SMA wire regions and the laminate stacking sequence have a significant impact on the area and depth of ablation damage in the SMA-CFRP laminates.
