摘 要:近年来,随着国内外市场不断扩大,我国许多企业因为没有处理好重大财务事项,造成企业财务危机甚至是企业破产,而造成这一结果的原因在于管理上缺乏战略观念。文章以D公司为例,将公司财务战略与运转周期联系起来,通过对两个增长率的分析,指出存在缺乏财务可持续发展观念、资产结构不稳定和偿债能力较弱等问题,提出了提高防风险能力和偿债能力、创新盈利模式、提升员工综合素质等对策。从可持续财务增长的角度探索公司的财务发展,有助于最大限度提升内部管理和决策水平,实现企业价值最大化。In recent years,with the continuous expansion of domestic and foreign markets,many enterprises in our country have not dealt with major financial matters,resulting in financial crisis and even bankruptcy of enterprises,and the reason for this result lies in the lack of strategic concept in management.This paper takes Company D as an example,connects the company's financial strategy with its operating cycle,analyzes the two growth rates,points out that there are problems such as lack of sustainable financial development concept,unstable asset structure and weak debt paying ability,and puts forward countermeasures such as improving risk prevention ability and debt paying ability,innovating profit model and improving employees'comprehensive quality.Exploring the financial development of the company from the perspective of sustainable financial growth helps to maximize the internal management and decision-making level,and maximize the value of the enterprise.
