摘 要:随着数字技术的不断发展和应用,数智化转型的趋势愈发强烈,企业可以通过数智化转型提升运营效率、提高市场竞争力、降低运营成本等,因此实行数智化改革已成为企业可持续发展的必由之路。文章以M集团为例,以数智化转型为切入点,分析自2011年至2022年转型期间M集团的财务绩效变化,指出其转型中出现的问题,并提出针对性的提升策略,从而延伸到其他制造企业的数智化转型中,为制造企业转型升级提供参考。With the continuous development and application of digital technology,the trend of digital transformation is becoming in-creasingly strong.Enterprises can improve operational efficiency,enhance market competitiveness,and reduce operating costs through digital transformation.Therefore,implementing digital reform has become a necessary path for sustainable development of enterprises.This article takes M grohup as an example and takes the digital transformation as the starting point to analyze the financial performance changes of M group during the transformation period from 2011 to 2022.It points out the problems that have arisen during its transformation and proposes targeted improvement strategies,which can be extended to the digital transformation of other manufacturing enterprises,and provides a ref-erence for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises.
