摘　　要：高山滑雪作为一项充满激情与挑战的运动在北方高校体育教学中占据着重要地位,将美育融入高山滑雪课教学不仅能提高学生的滑雪技能,更能培养其审美情趣和精神境界。该文探讨了美育在北方高校高山滑雪课教学中的实施策略,包括课程设计、教学方法、环境营造等方面,通过实证研究发现合理运用美育元素能显著提升学生的滑雪学习兴趣和综合素质发展,美育在高山滑雪课教学中的应用为体育教学改革提供了新思路,对于促进学生全面发展具有重要意义。As a passionate and challenging sport,alpine sking occupies an important position in sports teaching in northern colleges and universities.Integrating aesthetic education into the teaching of alpine sking not only improves students'skiing skills,but also cultivates their aesthetic interest and spiritual realm.This paper discusses the strategies for implementing aesthetic education in alpine sking courses at northern colleges and universities,including curriculum design,teaching methods,and environmental creation,etc.Through empirical research,it is found that the reasonable application of aesthetic elements can significantly increase students'interest in learning sking and their overall quality of development.The application of aesthetic education in alpine sking instruction provides new ideas for the reformofphysical education teaching and is of great significance for promoting the comprehensive development of students.
