摘 要:随着社会的发展和教育的进步,人们逐渐认识到心理健康对学生发展的重要性,但近年来,中小学生的心理健康问题日益突出,焦虑、抑郁、自卑等心理问题不仅影响了学生的学习效果,还对他们的身心健康造成了严重威胁。许多研究表明,体育活动可以有效地提高学生的心理健康状况,提高他们的学习效果和生活质量,然而关于学校体育活动如何影响学生心理健康的具体机制和效果,学界尚存在争议。因此该文就学校体育对中小学生心理健康的影响展开研究和讨论,以期为学校体育活动的开展提供理论依据和实践指导。With the development of society and the progress of education,people have gradually realized the importance of mental health for student development.However,in recent years,the mental health problems of primary and secondary school students have become increasingly prominent,and psychological problems such as anxiety,depression,and inferiority not only affect students'learning effectiveness,but also pose a serious threat to their physical and mental health.Many studies have shown that physical activities can effectively improve the mental health status of students,their learning outcomes and quality of life.However,there is still controversy in the academic community regarding the specific mechanisms and effects of how school physical education activities affect students'mental health.Therefore,this paper studies and discusses the effects of schoolphysical education on the mental health of primary and secondary school students,in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the development of schoolphysical education activities.
