新时期高校篮球教学与训练方法探析

摘　　要：篮球运动在中国具有广泛的群众基础,高校篮球教学与训练作为培养篮球人才的重要途径,肩负着培养具有高素质、高技能的篮球运动员的使命。然而传统的篮球教学与训练方法已无法满足新时期人才培养的需求。为适应新时期的发展,高校篮球教学与训练亟待改革与创新。该文主要探讨了新时期高校篮球教学与训练方法的改革与创新。首先,分析了当前高校篮球教学与训练的现状;其次,针对存在的问题,提出了相应的解决策略,包括加强师资队伍建设、改进教学方法、注重学生个体差异、实施复合式训练等。最后,总结了研究成果,并对未来高校篮球教学与训练的发展方向进行了展望。Basketball has a broad mass basein our country,college basketball teaching and training as an important way to train basketball talents,shouldersthe mission of training high-quality,high-skilled basketball players.However,the traditional basketball teaching and training methods can not meet the needs of talents training in the new era.In order to adapt to the development of the new era,college basketball teaching and training needs urgent reform and innovation.This paper mainly discusses the reform and innovation of college basketball teaching and training methods in the new era.This paper first analyzes the present situation of basketball teaching and training in colleges and universities,and then puts forward corresponding solutions to the existing problems,including strengthening the construction of teaching staff,improving teaching methods,paying attention to the individual differences of students and implementing compound training.Finally,the research results are summarized,and the future direction of college basketball teaching and training development is prospected.
