摘  要:高校田径教学中的体能训练是提升学生身体素质和技能水平的重要途径,也是提升学生体能训练的有效方式,有助于培养学生的耐力、速度、力量等运动素质。因此该文从高校田径教学中体能训练的特点入手,分析了加强高校田径教学中体能训练的意义,提出了加强高校田径教学中体能训练的要点,旨在提高高校田径教学中体能训练的效率和质量,促进学生身体素质和运动水平的提升。Physical training in track and field teaching in colleges and universities is an important way to improve students'physical fitness and skill level,and it is also an effective way to improve students physical training,which is helpful to cultivate students'endurance,speed,strength and other sports qualities.Therefore,starting from the characteristics of physical training in college track and field teaching,this paper analyzes the significance of strengthening physical training in college track and field teaching,and puts forward the key points of strengthening physical training in college track and field teaching,aiming to improve the efficiency and quality of physical training in college track and field teaching,and topromote the enhancementof students'physical fitness and sports level.
