摘 要:越野滑雪作为中国体育事业发展的重要组成项目,在中国得到了广泛的普及和推广,各地建设了专业的越野滑雪训练基地和学校,向国家输送优秀青少年越野滑雪运动员。中国越野滑雪协会成立国家青年队,推进中国越野滑雪项目人才引进,但在选材方面仍然存在问题。运用文献资料法、归纳总结法等方法,根据中国青少年越野滑雪选材现状对运动员选材与训练方法进行研究。结果表明,科学选材结合训练方法对发掘人才、培养人才起到至关重要的作用。选材时需着重考虑运动员的身体形态、身体素质、气质类型、意志品质以及雪感的依据和指标,将科学选材与训练相结合,有助于中国青少年越野滑雪运动员成长成才。Cross-country sking,as an important part of sports development in China,has been widely popularized and promoted in our country,and professional cross-country sking training bases and schools have been constructed in various places to send excellent young cross-country skiers to the country.China cross-country Sking Association has set up the national youth team to promote the introduction of talents in China's cross-country sking program,but there are still problems in the selection of talents.Using the methods of literature data method and inductive summarization method,we studied the selection and training methods of athletes according to the current situation of youth cross-country sking selection in China.The results show that scientific talent selection combined with training methods play a vital role in discovering and cultivating talents.When selecting athletes,it is necessary to consider the basis and indexes of athletes'body shape,physical quality,temperament type,will quality and snow sense,and the combination of scientific selection and training will help Chinese youth cross-country sking athletes grow up and become successful.
