户外拓展训练对初中生身体素质的影响研究

摘  要:该文旨在探究户外拓展训练对初中生身体素质的影响。通过对实验班和对照班的身体素质进行比较分析,发现经过15周的户外拓展训练后,实验班学生在体能、柔韧性和力量等方面取得显著提高,相较于对照班表现更为优异。研究结果表明,户外拓展训练在初中体育课程中具有积极的影响,为教育实践提供了有益的参考。The paper aims to investigate the effect of outdoor extension training on the physical quality of junior high school students.By comparing and analyzing the physical fitness of the experimental class and the control class,it was found that after 15 weeks of outdoor development training,the experimental class students made significant improvements in physical fitness,flexibility and strength,and performed better compared with the control class.The results show that the outdoor development training has a positive impact on the junior high school physical education curriculum,providing a useful reference for educational practice.
