摘　　要：目的:分析上海市某三甲综合医院大型医用CT设备的综合效益情况,为医院CT设备的合理配置及高效管理提供参考。方法:采用专家调查法构建大型医用设备使用管理评价指标体系,收集2021年1-12月份该医院运行使用的4台CT设备数据资料,借助CRITIC权重法测算设备使用情况综合得分,从而评价医院CT设备综合效益。结果:在经济效益上,12号CT设备月度利润率均在250%以上,其余几台CT设备各月份利润率方面表现较差。在使用效率及综合效益上,12号CT设备月度服务量、工作时常、综合效益指数等参数均大幅超越其余3台同类型CT设备。医院现有的CT设备已满足实际使用需求,但整体CT设备的使用分配不够合理。结论:上海市某三甲综合医院的大型CT设备的配置方法和依据有待完善,现有配置的设备数量已完全超出门诊需求。且当前CT设备服务及使用分配缺乏公平合理性。借助大型医用CT设备使用综合效益分析方法,其评价结果能够为医院管理者了解设备使用效率、优化配置、调整购置策略等方面提供依据,实现大型医用CT设备效益管理由粗放式管理向精细化管理过渡。Objective:Analyzing the comprehensive benefits of CT equipment in a grade-A tertiary general hospital in Shanghai,and to provide a reference and basis for reasonable allocation and efficient management of CT equipment in hospitals.Methods:The expert survey method was used to collect data on four CT devices currently in use in the hospital from January to December 2021.The evaluation index system for use and management of expensive medical equipment was constructed,and the score of equipment usage was measured by the CRITIC weight method,to evaluate the benefit of CT equipment in the hospital.Results:In terms of economic benefits,the monthly profit margin of the No.12 CT equipment consistently exceeds 250%,while the profit margins of the other CT equipment for each month are relatively poor.In terms of usage efficiency and comprehensive benefits,the No.12 CT equipment significantly surpasses the other three identical CT devices in parameters such as monthly service volume,working hours,and comprehensive benefit index.The existing CT equipment in the hospital has met the actual needs,but the allocation of CT equipment was not reasonable.Conclusion:The configuration method and basis of a large CT equipment in a certain tertiary comprehensive hospital in Shanghai need to be improved,and the current number of equipment configured has completely exceeded the outpatient demand.In addition,the current service and usage allocation of the CT equipment is lacking in fairness and rationality.By using the comprehensive efficiency analysis method of large medical CT equipment,the evaluation results can provide a basis for hospital managers to understand the equipment utilization efficiency,optimize configuration,and adjust procurement strategies,thereby achieving the transition of benefits management of large medical CT equipment from extensive management to refined management.
