摘　　要：建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定化妆品中颜料红49、酸性红52、颜料红57、颜料红64、酸性红87、酸性红92和颜料红53∶1等7种着色剂。采用四氢呋喃、二甲基亚砜和甲醇按照体积比为2∶1∶7的混合溶液对样品进行超声萃取、离心过滤膜后,在ZORBAX SB-Aq(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱上分离,用乙腈-5 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,二极管阵列检测器(DAD)检测。7种着色剂的质量浓度在各自范围内与色谱峰面积具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为6~18 mg/kg。3个添加水平的回收率为80.98%~118.72%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.52%~6.83%(n=6)。该方法适用于面霜乳液、粉底、眼影、口红、指甲油等化妆品中着色剂的定量检测。A high performance liquid chromatography method was established to simultaneously determine the content of seven coloring agents,including pigment red 49,acid red 52,pigment red 57,pigment red 64,acid red 87,acid red 92,and pigment red 53∶1,in cosmetics.A mixed solution of tetrahydrofuran,dimethyl sulfoxide,and methanol in a volume ratio of 2∶1∶7 was used for ultrasonic extraction of the sample.After centrifugal filtration through a membrane,the sample was separated on a ZORBAX SB-Aq(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)chromatographic column.Acetonitrile-5 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution was used as the mobile phase for gradient elution,and detection was performed using a diode array detector(DAD).The linear relationships of the 7 colorants between the peak areas and the mass concentrations were obtained with the correlation coefficients more than 0.999.The detection limits of the method ranged from 6 mg/kg to 18 mg/kg.The recoveries at three levels were 80.98%-118.72%with the relative standard deviations ranged from 0.52%to 6.83%(n=6).The method is suitable for the simultaneous determination of the 7 colorants in the cream,lotion,foundation,eye shadow,lipstick,nail polish and other cosmetics.
