摘  要:主要针对辽宁科技大学化学工程与工艺专业实验和研究生写作课程项目完成了氨基酸类低共熔溶剂的物理化学性质研究的综合设计性实验。采用乙二醇为氢键供体,丙氨酸为氢键受体,制备丙氨酸-乙二醇低共熔溶剂。通过电导率仪、热重分析仪、黏度计、差示扫描量热仪和核磁共振波谱仪来研究其物化性质。研究结果表明制备的丙氨酸-乙二醇的低共熔溶剂具有良好的热稳定性和物理化学性质,该类基础研究适合于化工专业实验和研究生写作课程的教学内容和教学方法改革。A comprehensive design experiment on the physical and chemical properties of amino acid type deep eutectic solvents was completed for the project of chemical engineering and technology major experimental and graduate writing of University of Science and Technology Liaoning.The alanine-glycol type deep eutectic solvent was prepared by using ethylene glycol as hydrogen bond donor and alanine as hydrogen bond acceptor.The physicochemical properties were studied by conductivity meter,thermogravimeter,viscometer,differential scanning calorimeter and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer.The results show that the prepared alanine-ethylene glycol deep eutectic solvent has good thermal stability and physicochemical properties.This kind of basic research is suitable for the reform of the teaching content and teaching method of chemical engineering specialty and graduate writing course.
