摘  要:文章选取通过ISO 16140-2:2016标准验证,同时获得IFNOR认证BKR23/11-12/18的SYMPHONY^(■)琼脂与国标法孟加拉红琼脂进行标准定量菌株的计数一致性确定,并对比不同时间下菌落的生长形态,以确定SYMPHONY^(■)琼脂的计数准确性和判读优势。结果表明,SYMPHONY^(■)琼脂与孟加拉红琼脂均处于标准定量菌株的质控范围内,并且从菌落形态上来看,SYMPHONY^(■)琼脂抑制菌落过快生长的作用显著优于孟加拉红琼脂培养基,可以更好地减少判读误差,提高计数准确性。This article selects SYMPHONY^(■)agar,which meets the ISO 16140-2:2016 standard validation and has obtained IFNOR certification BKR23/11-12/18,and national standard Bengal rose agar1 to determine the consistency of counting standard quantitative strains and compare the colony growth morphology at different times,so as to determine the counting accuracy and interpretation advantages of SYMPHONY^(■)agar.The results indicate that SYMPHONY^(■)agar and Bengal rose agar both are in the standard quantitative strain quality control range.In terms of colony morphology,the inhibitory effect of SYMPHONY^(■)agar on rapid colony growth is better than that of Bengal rose agar,which can better reduce the interpretation errors and improve the counting accuracy.
