摘 要:茶叶农残检测对于保障消费者健康和茶产业可持续发展至关重要。原子荧光光谱法以其高灵敏度和选择性的特点,在茶叶农残分析领域得到广泛应用。然而,复杂的茶叶基质效应、繁琐的样品前处理和严重的光谱干扰,极大地制约了该方法的检测性能。本文在深入分析原子荧光法在茶叶农残检测中面临的关键问题的基础上,重点探讨了提高检测灵敏度的基体匹配技术、快速简便的样品前处理方法以及消除光谱干扰的化学修饰与光谱分离策略,以期为该领域的技术进步提供参考。The detection of tea residue is very important to protect the health of consumers and the sustainable development of tea industry.Atomic fluorescence spectrometry has been widely used in the field of tea residue analysis because of its high sensitivity and selectivity.However,the complex tea matrix effect,complicated sample pretreatment and serious spectral interference greatly restrict the detection performance of this method.Based on the in-depth analysis of the key problems faced by atomic fluorescence method in the detection of agricultural residues in tea,the matrix matching technology to improve the detection sensitivity,the fast and simple sample pretreatment method,and the chemical modification and spectral separation strategy to eliminate spectral interference are discussed in this paper,in order to provide references for the technical progress in this field.
