摘  要:全面提升食品安全治理效能是保障食品安全的必要路径。本文在总结当前食品安全治理痛点问题的基础上,通过区块链应用于食品安全治理关键点分析,深入讨论了两者之间更深层次的理论联系。区块链可通过实现食品链可溯源性、体现食品链各环节真实价值、均衡食品安全治理成本收益、实现社会共治来摆脱当前食品安全治理困境。进一步地,本文从提升食品安全监管效率、解决信任危机、将责任落到实处等角度构建了区块链应用食品安全治理的实践框架与应用设计,深刻揭示了区块链应用到食品安全治理中的必然性和可行性。区块链技术能够让食品安全治理更加精准有效,为食品安全风险防控措施提供翔实依据,保障整个食品链可持续发展。Comprehensively improving the efficiency of food safety governance is the necessary path to ensure food safety.This paper summarizes the current pain points of food safety governance.We analyze the critical points of food safety governance applied by blockchain,and further discuss the theoretical connection among them.Blockchain can solve the current food safetygovernance dilemma by realizing the traceability of the food chain,reflecting the true value of all links of the food chain,balancing the cost and benefits of food safety governance,and realizing social co-governance.Further,from the perspective of improving the efficiency of food safety regulation,solving the crisis of confidence,and implementing responsibility,this paper constructs the practical framework and application design of the application of blockchain to food safety governance,profoundly revealing the necessity and feasibility of the application of blockchain to food safety governance.This paper suggests that blockchain technology can make food safety governance more accurate and effective,provide detailed and solid basis for food safety risk prevention and control measures,and ensure the sustainable development of the entire food chain.
