摘 要:衰老导致的卵巢功能衰退是不可逆的自然生理过程,表现为卵泡的逐渐耗竭和卵巢的卵母细胞质量下降。现有研究表明,Sirtuins家族通过多种途径参与卵巢衰老的发生发展,如调控烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸水平、氧化应激、染色体分离和基因组稳定性等。本文就目前Sirtuins家族蛋白在卵巢衰老中扮演的角色及其分子机制进行综述。The decline of ovarian function due to aging is an irreversible natural physiological process,manifested by the progressive depletion of follicles and the decrease of oocyte quality in the ovary.Existing studies have shown that the Sirtuins family is involved in the development of ovarian aging through various pathways,such as regulation of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide levels,oxidative stress,chromosome segregation and genomic stability.In this paper,we review the current roles of Sirtuins family proteins in ovarian aging and their molecular mechanisms.
