摘 要:重组酶聚合酶扩增技术作为一种新型的核酸恒温扩增检测技术,近年来已经展现出其巨大的应用潜力和发展前景。高敏感度、高特异度、对仪器依赖程度低以及可整合多种检测模式等独特的优势,使其在多个领域,特别是基层和现场即时检测中具有广泛的应用价值。本文对重组酶聚合酶扩增技术的发展历程、检测原理、研究动态及应用进展进行综述,并对其未来发展进行展望,以期为基于重组酶聚合酶扩增技术的病原体快速检测方法的研发和临床应用提供有益参考。Recombinase polymerase amplification technology,as a new type of nucleic acid constant temperature amplification detection technology,has shown enormous application potential and development prospects in recent years.Its unique advantages such as high sensitivity,high specificity,low dependence on instruments,and the ability to integrate multiple detection modes make it widely applicable in multiple fields,especially in grassroots and on-site real-time detection.This article reviews the development history,detection principles,research and application progress of recombinant enzyme polymerase amplification technology,and looks forward to its future development,in order to provide useful references for the research and clinical application of rapid pathogen detection methods based on recombinant enzyme polymerase amplification technology.
