摘　　要：新农科背景下为提高地方高校涉农专业研究生的应用创新能力,助力乡村振兴,地方高校应积极探索研究生培养新途径。围绕农科研究生应用创新能力的培养,从研究生课程教学改革、创新人才师资队伍建设和校企合作联合模式3个方面阐述研究生应用创新能力培养方法。加强教学改革、建设师资队伍、拓宽校企联合渠道,提升涉农专业研究生培养质量对农业科技创新具有重要意义。In the context of the new agricultural science,to improve the application innovation ability of graduate students majoring in agriculture in local universities and assist in rural revitalization,local universities should actively explore new ways of cultivating graduate students.This article focused on the cultivation of applied innovation ability for agricultural graduate students,and elaborates on the methods of cultivating applied innovation ability for graduate students from three aspects:graduate course teaching reform,construction of innovative talent teaching team,and school enterprise cooperation joint model.Strengthening teaching reform,building a teaching staff,expanding channels for school enterprise cooperation,and improving the quality of graduate education in agricultural related fields were of great significance for agricultural science and technology innovation.
