摘　　要：通过对稻谷样品的检测,简述稻谷出糙率、整精米率和出米率的检验方法,并对稻谷样品的检验结果进行统计对比和简要分析,从而采取更快速的入库方式,以出米率作为定等指标之一,体现稻谷质量,满足市场需求,为企业的稻谷入库提供了理论指导。Based on the detection of paddy samples,the paper briefly described the test methods of,husked rice yield,head rice yield and milled rice yield,and made a brief analysis of the test results of rice samples by statistical comparison,so as to adopt a faster storage way,took milled rice yield as one of the indicators,reflect the quality of rice,meet the market demand,and provided theoretical guidance for enterprises to put rice into storage.
