凉山州苦荞加工现状及其作为健康饮品可行性分析研究

摘　　要：苦荞富含大量营养物质,对人体起到降血糖、降血脂、减肥瘦身等作用。凉山州苦荞种植面积广阔,但苦荞加工产品结构单一。奶茶作为现代年轻人出街必备时尚单品,其消费群体大、市场广阔。在此基础上,响应国家助农政策,在现有凉山州苦荞产业中创新出苦荞奶茶,提高凉山州苦荞附加值。不仅丰富现有苦荞产品,也有助于凉山州经济发展。Tartary buckwheat is rich in a large amount of nutrients,which have effects on lowering blood sugar,blood lipids,weight loss,and weight loss in the human body.The planting area of bitter buckwheat in Liangshan Prefecture is vast,but the structure of processed buckwheat products is single.As a must-have fashion item for modern young people on the street,milk tea has a large consumer group and a broad market.On this basis,in response to the national agricultural assistance policy,we would innovate bitter buckwheat milk tea in the existing bitter buckwheat industry in Liangshan Prefecture,and increased the added value of bitter buckwheat in Liangshan Prefecture.Not only did it enrich the existing tartary buckwheat products,but it also contributed to the economic development of Liangshan Prefecture.
