摘 要:中国特有的教育家精神作为教师精神特质和综合素养的高度凝练,为高校辅导员职业素养提升指明了前进方向。以教育家精神引领高校辅导员职业素养提升是落实立德树人根本任务、促进大学生成长发展、加强辅导员工作队伍建设的必然要求。教育家精神的核心内涵与辅导员职业信念、职业道德、职业能力具有高度契合性。以教育家精神引领高校辅导员职业素养提升,需要强化教师身份认同,激发弘扬教育家精神的主体自觉;健全选拔培训机制,加强弘扬教育家精神的条件保障;完善激励评价体系,营造弘扬教育家精神的良好氛围。The unique spirit of educators in China,condensed as a vital trait of teachers and comprehensive competence,points the way for enhancing the professional qualities of college advisors.Guiding the improvement of college advisors'professional competence with the spirit of educators is an essential requirement for fulflling the fundamental task of fostering virtue and talent,promoting the growth and development of college students,and strengthening the advisor workforce.The core essence of the educator's spirit aligns closely with the professional beliefs,ethics,and abilities of advisors.To lead the enhancement of college advisors'professional competence with the spirit of educators,we must reinforce teachers'identity,inspire their conscious commitment to promoting this spirit,establish robust selection and training mechanisms,and enhance the conditions that foster the educator's spirit.Additionally,creating an incentive and evaluation system will cultivate a positive atmosphere for embracing the spirit of educators.
