摘　　要：勘察设计企业作为"一带一路"倡议的积极践行者,近年来在"走出去"方面取得了令人瞩目的成绩。积极实施海外发展战略、加快拓展海外市场,是勘察设计企业从"走出去"迈向"全球化"的必然选择。如何健全完善国际化人才培训体系.The construction of an international talent trainig system is a long-term systematic project,which needs to build a multi-level and all-round training guarantee mechanism.Actively implementing overseas development strategies and accelerating the expansion of overseas markets are inevitable choices for survey and design enterprises to transition from"going abroad"to"globalization."
