摘　　要：本研究基于小型病险水库除险加固工程的特性,构建了针对性的绩效量化评价体系。该体系从除险加固工程方案的合理性、工程施工管理的规范性、功能指标康复程度、除险加固后效益等四个方面进行综合评价。通过这一评价体系,可以对小型病险水库除险加固工程的绩效进行客观、量化的评价,从而为政府决策、资金分配以及后续工程管理提供科学依据。This paper,based on the characteristics of reinforcement projects for small hazardous reservoirs,has constructed a targeted performance quantitative evaluation system.This system comprehensively evaluates the rationality of the reinforcement project scheme,the standardization of engineering construction management,the degree of recovery of functional indicators,and the benefits after reinforcement from four aspects.Through this evaluation system,the performance of reinforcement projects for small hazardous reservoirs can be objectively and quantitatively evaluated,providing a scientific basis for government decision-making,fund allocation,and subsequent project management.
