摘 要:本文根据乌龙江大桥的基本情况、防撞等级要求,设计了加筋板、波纹夹层和填充泡沫的波纹夹层防撞套箱三种形式.建立船舶、防撞结构、桥墩的有限元模型,采用数值方法模拟船舶撞击防撞结构的动态过程.对比分析三种防撞套箱在船舶撞击下的撞击力、结构变形和能量吸收性能.结果表明:在钢套箱外面增加夹层结构,可明显提高吸能能力,减小防撞结构的损伤.According to the basic situation and anti-collision grade requirements of Wulongjiang Bridge,three types of anti-collision boxes were designed:stiffened plate,corrugated interlayer and corrugated interlayer filled with foam.The finite element model of ship,anti-collision structure and pier was established,and the dynamic process of ship impacting anti-collision structure was simulated by numerical method.The impact force,structural deformation and energy absorption performance of three kinds of anti-collision boxes under ship impact were compared and analyzed.The results show that adding sandwich structure outside the steel box can obviously improve the energy absorption capacity and reduce the damage of the anti-collision structure.
