双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合雷贝拉唑四联疗法治疗老年Hp感染性消化性溃疡的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合雷贝拉唑四联疗法治疗老年幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染性消化性溃疡的效果。方法将我院收治的240例老年Hp感染性消化性溃疡患者以随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各120例。对照组接受雷贝拉唑四联疗法,观察组在对照组基础上给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌数量多于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的胃泌素(GAS)水平高于对照组,硫氧还蛋白-1(Trx1)、C-myc蛋白表达水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)及白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合雷贝拉唑四联疗法治疗老年Hp感染性消化性溃疡可改善机体炎症状态和胃肠道菌群,抑制Trx1、C-myc蛋白表达,提升整体治疗效果。Objective To explore the effect of combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus tablets,live combined with rabeprazole quadruple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infectious peptic ulcer in the elderly.Methods A total of 240 elderly patients with Hp infectious peptic ulcer admitted in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 120 cases in each group.The control group received rabeprazole quadruple therapy,and the observation group received combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus tablets,live on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the numbers of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the observation group were more than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of gastrin(GAS)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the expression levels of thioredoxin-1(Trx1)and C-myc protein were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),interleukin-17(IL-17)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus tablets,live combined with rabeprazole quadruple therapy in the treatment of elderly Hp infectious peptic ulcer can improve the body's inflammatory state and gastrointestinal flora,inhibit the expression of Trx1 and C-myc proteins,and enhance the overall therapeutic effect.
