下肢康复机器人辅助步行训练对血栓闭塞性脉管炎PTA术后患肢侧支循环患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究下肢康复机器人对血栓闭塞性脉管炎PTA术后患者辅助康复的效果。方法:选取2021年12月~2022年12月天津医科大学第二医院血管外科收治的100例血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者作为观察对象,将其随机分为人数均等的对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上进行下肢康复机器人辅助步行训练,比较两组踝肱指数、无痛行走距离、最大行走距离及再狭窄发生率。结果:出院3个月、6个月及12个月观察组踝肱指数、无痛行走距离、最大行走距离数值远优于对照组,观察组再狭窄发生率明显比对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:下肢康复机器人能辅助改善PTA术后患肢血液循环,促进患肢的血液供应,促进行走能力恢复,预防再狭窄。Objective:To investigate the effect of robot-assisted walking training on collateral circulation after percutaneous transluminal angioplasty(PTA)of the lower thromboangiitis obliterans.Methods:100 patients with thromboangiitis obliterans admitted to the Department of Vascular Surgery at the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the observation subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with equal numbers.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received lower limb rehabilitation robot assisted walking training on the basis of the control group.The ankle brachial index,painless walking distance,maximum walking distance,and restenosis incidence were compared between the two groups.Results:The ankle-brachial index,painless walking distance and maximal walking distance in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group at 3,6 and 12 months after discharge.The incidence of restenosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The lower limb rehabilitation robot can help improve the blood circulation of the affected limb after PTA,promote the blood supply of the affected limb,promote the recovery of walking ability and prevent restenosis.
