摘　　要：目的:分析雷贝拉唑四联疗法在幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性消化性溃疡患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2022年7月江苏大学社区卫生服务站收治的Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者60例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组给予奥美拉唑四联疗法,研究组给予雷贝拉唑四联疗法。比较两组临床疗效、症状消失时间和血清指标变化。结果:研究组治疗总有效率、Hp根除率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组烧心、腹部疼痛及反酸消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组胃泌素(GAS)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组GAS、CRP水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:雷贝拉唑四联疗法在Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者中的应用效果显著,能够提高Hp根除率,有效减轻临床症状,降低疾病复发率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of rabeprazole quadruple therapy in patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive peptic ulcer.Methods:A total of 60 patients with Hp-positive peptic ulcer admitted to the Community Health Service Station of Jiangsu University from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given omeprazole quadruple therapy,and the study group was given rabeprazole quadruple therapy.The clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time and changes of serum indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment and Hp eradication rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the recurrence rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of heartburn,abdominal pain and acid regurgitation in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of gastrin(GAS) and C-reactive protein(CRP) between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of GAS and CRP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion:Rabeprazole quadruple therapy has a significant effect in patients with Hp-positive peptic ulcer,and can increase Hp eradication rate,effectively relieve clinical symptoms,and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
