摘　　要：目的:探究一站式护理在患者出入院护理管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月射阳县人民医院的入院患者200例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用一站式护理。比较两组患者出入院电梯等待时间、缴费排队时间、护患纠纷发生率及护理满意度。结果:观察组入院、出院时电梯等待时间和排队缴费时间均短于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,护患纠纷发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:一站式护理在患者出入院护理管理中的应用效果显著,可以缩短患者出入院时电梯等候时间和排队缴费时间,提高服务效率和护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of one-stop nursing in the nursing management of patients.Methods:A total of two hundred patients admitted to Sheyang County People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with one hundred patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received one-stop nursing.The elevator waiting time,payment queue time,nurse-patient dispute incidence and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The elevator waiting time and queue payment time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of nurse-patient dispute was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of one-stop nursing in the nursing management of patients is significant,which can shorten the elevator waiting time and queue payment time of patients,improve service efficiency and nursing satisfaction.
