摘　　要：目的建立多院区药学人员培养质量控制体系,促进多院区药事质量同质化发展。方法采用危害分析和关键控制点(HACCP)管理法对多院区药学人员的培养过程进行风险管理,包括危害分析与预防措施,确定关键控制点(CCP),建立关键限值、监控程序及纠偏措施。结果确定6个CCP,从人员分工、培养流程、教学实施过程三方面建立多院区药学人员培养质量控制体系。结论HACCP管理法用于多院区药学人员培养管理,可有效控制教学过程中的潜在和明显影响因素,提升多院区药学人员专业技术水平,促进分院区与主院区药事管理水平与药学服务质量同质化发展。Objective To establish the quality control system for the multi-hospitals pharmaceutical personnel training,and to promote the homogenization of pharmaceutical administration in multi-hospitals.Methods Hazard analysis and critical control point(HACCP)management method was used to control the risk in the process of the multi-hospitals pharmaceutical personnel training,including hazard analysis and preventive measures,determination of the critical control point(CCP),establishment of critical limits and corrective measures.Results Six CCPs were identified and the quality control system for the multi-hospitals pharmaceutical personnel training was established in terms of job division,training process and teaching implementation.Conclusion The application of HACCP management method in the management of pharmaceutical personnel training can effectively control the potential and obvious influencing factors of the teaching process,and improve the professional and technical level of pharmaceutical personnel in multi-hospitals and the homogenization of pharmaceutical care among branch hospitals and the main hospital.
