摘　　要：目的:通过观察胃腺癌组织中SIAH2表达的情况,探讨胃腺癌组织中SIAH2表达是否与患者临床病理参数相关,是否与胃腺癌HER2蛋白表达相关,是否与胃腺癌患者Hp感染相关。方法:采用免疫组织化学Envision法检测100例胃腺癌组织中SIAH2及HER-2蛋白的表达情况,采用亚甲蓝法检测胃腺癌组织中Hp感染情况。结果:免疫组化结果显示SIAH2在胃腺癌及癌旁正常组织中阳性率表达不同,具有统计学意义。SIAH2在胃腺癌和正常胃组织中阳性率分别为(68.0%,10.0%);胃腺癌组织中SIAH2阳性表达率与肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.001);胃腺癌组织中SIAH2阳性表达率与HER-2蛋白阳性表达率正相关;胃腺癌组织中SIAH2阳性表达率与Hp感染率呈正相关。结论:SIAH2在胃腺癌组织中异常表达,与临床分期、淋巴结相关,与胃腺癌影响因素Hp感染相关,与HER-2蛋白表达相关。以上结果表明SIAH2有可能与胃腺癌发生相关,与HER-2蛋白表达相关,有望成为胃癌早期诊断以及靶向治疗的一项新指标。Objective:To investigate the expression levels of SIAH2 in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues and their relationships with clinicopathological factors of patients HER-2 expression,Hp infection in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues.Methods:The expression of SIAH2 and HER-2 protein was detected in 100 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma tissues by immunohistochemical Envision Hp infection was detected and by methylene blue.Results:Immunohistochemistry results showed different positive rate in gastric adenocarcinoma and adjacent normal tissues,with statistical significance.The positive rate of SIAH2 in gastric adenocarcinoma and normal gastric tissue was 68.0% and 10.0% respectively.The positive expression of SIAH2 in gastric adenocarcinoma was associated with tumor stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.001).The positive SIAH2 expression was positively associated with positive HER-2 expression and Hp infection in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues.Conclusion:SIAH2 was abnormally expressed in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues,and associated with clinical stage,lymph node,Hp infection affecting in gastric cancer and HER-2 expression.The results indicated that SIAH2 may be associated with development of gastric adenocarcinoma and HER-2 expression,which is expected to be a new marker for early diagnosis and targetd therapy of gastric adenocarcinoma.
