摘 要:肠道菌群通过影响激素水平、参与机体免疫调控及调节代谢产物在乳腺癌(breast cancer,BC)的发生发展中发挥重要作用。近年来研究提示紊乱的肠道菌群通过能量获取、影响脂质代谢在肥胖相关性BC的进展中扮演重要角色,纠正菌群失衡也许未来可作为BC治疗的潜在策略。该文就肠道菌群参与肥胖相关性BC发生发展的作用机制及相关研究进行综述,为肥胖相关性BC的治疗提供新的思路。Intestinal flora plays an important role in the occurrence and development of breast cancer(BC) by affecting hormone levels,participating in immune regulation and regulating metabolites.In recent years,studies have suggested that disordered intestinal flora plays an important role in the progression of obesity-related breast cancer through energy acquisition and lipid metabolism.Therefore,correcting intestinal flora imbalance may be a potential strategy for treatment of breast cancer in the future.This article will review the mechanism and related research of intestinal flora involved in the occurrence and development of obesity-related breast cancer,and provide new ideas for the treatment of obesity-related breast cancer.
