摘　　要：沉默信息调节因子2(silent information regulator 2,SIRT2)作为sirtuins蛋白家族成员广泛存在于真核生物之中,是具备调节生物生成和代谢调控过程作用的Ⅲ类去乙酰化酶,参与调控细胞分化、新陈代谢、衰老、DNA损伤修复、维持基因组完整性以及肿瘤的发生等。SIRT2的异常表达与多种肿瘤的发生发展具有密切关系,例如其在乳腺癌、宫颈癌、肺癌等恶性肿瘤方面的研究进展,SIRT2在发挥原癌基因作用的基础上,也发挥抑癌基因的作用。该文主要就SIRT2在肿瘤发生发展中的分子机制及其研究进展进行综述,以期为研究者开发肿瘤治疗药物提供新视野。As a member of the sirtuins protein family,silent information regulator 2(SIRT2) is widely present in eukaryotes.It is a class Ⅲ deacetylase that can regulate biogenesis and metabolism.It is involved in the regulation of cell differentiation,metabolism,aging,repair of DNA damage,maintenance of genome integrity,and tumorigenesis.Abnormal expression of SIRT2 is closely related to the occurrence and development of a variety of tumors.For example,the research progress of SIRT2 in malignant tumors such as breast cancer,cervical cancer,and lung cancer has shown that SIRT2 plays the role of tumor suppressor genes in addition to the role of proto oncogenes.This article mainly reviews the molecular mechanism and research progress of SIRT2 in the development of tumor,in order to provide a new vision for researchers to develop tumor therapeutic drugs.
