摘 要:为提高超大型油轮VLCC靠泊缅甸马德岛原油码头的安全性和高效性,有必要对VLCC在该水域的操纵进行规范和程序化。基于该水域潮汐信息的分析,确定超大型油轮VLCC在该水域航道及泊位的各项操纵时间点;并对速度以及船位进行量化,使船舶所有的运动在计划的规范中。实践表明,按照潮时制定引航操纵方案并严格执行,配备足够的拖轮应对紧急局面,时刻监督系泊期间所有缆绳的受力状况并进行调整,是确保船舶引航安全的必要措施。In order to improve the safety and efficiency of berthing for Very Large Crude Carriers(VLCCs)at the Made Island crude oil terminal in Myanmar,it is necessary to standardize and proceduralize the operation of VLCCs in this waterway.By analyzing the tidal information in the area,the timing of the maneuvers of VLCCs in the channel and berth can be determined,and the movement of the vessel can be quantified in terms of speed and position,ensuring that all movements are within the planned regulations.The conclusion shows that developing a navigational maneuvering plan based on tide times and strictly implementing it,equipping sufficient tugboats to respond to emergency situations,and monitoring the tension of all mooring ropes during the mooring period and adjusting them as necessary are necessary safeguards to ensure ship safety.
