摘  要:农业昆虫与害虫防治隶属植物保护学一级学科下的二级学科,通过梳理该学科研究生学位论文的研究热点、研究现状和发展趋势,为该学科建设和我国农业高质量发展提供理论依据。以中国知网CNKI数据库检索到的发表于2000—2022年的5746篇研究生学位论文为数据来源,运用文献计量软件CiteSpace进行知识图谱可视化分析。结果表明:农业昆虫与害虫防治学科学位论文的发文量总体呈先增后降趋势;关键词共现分析发现学科重点围绕棉铃虫(Helicoverpa armigera)、褐飞虱(Nilaparvata lugens)、二化螟(Chilo suppressalis)、小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella)、烟粉虱(Bemisia tabaci)等重大农业害虫开展研究;关键词聚类分析显示研究的重点领域集中在基因克隆、系统发育、转录组等13个主题;关键词突现分析表明转录组、生殖、共生菌等将成为未来的研究趋势。通过探索当前我国农业昆虫与害虫防治学科的研究热点及研究进展,可为未来学者完善该领域的研究提供参考。The discipline of agricultural insects and pest control is a secondary branch of plant protection.In this paper,we examined the research hotspots,current focuses,and development trends of this discipline from the perspective of Chinese graduate dissertations.We aim is to provide a theoretical basis for the construction of this discipline and the high-quality development of agriculture in China.A total of 5746 relevant postgraduate dissertations published between 2000 and 2022 were retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database.These were subjected to a visualization analysis,with a knowledge graph created using the CiteSpace software.The results showed an initial increase followed by a decline in the number of dissertations related to agricultural insects and pest control.the keyword co-occurrence analysis found that this discipline focused on major agricultural pests such as cotton bollworm(Helicoverpa armigera),brown planthopper(Nilaparvata lugens),rice stem borer(Chilo suppressalis),diamondback moth(Plutella xylostella),and tobacco whitefly(Bemisia tabaci).The keyword clustering analysis revealed that the research focused on 13 thematic areas,including gene cloning,phylogeny,and transcriptome.The burst keywords analysis indicated that transcriptomics,reproduction,and symbiotic bacteria will become future research trends.This paper provides a thorough examination of the current research hotspots and progress in the discipline of agricultural insects and pest control in China,and these results will serve as a valuable reference for future scholars seeking to improve their research in this field.
