摘 要:“电子政务概论”课程混合式教学改革是推进线上线下混合式一流课程建设,培养电子政务综合型人才的重要途径。基于OBE理念和线上线下混合式教学手段,为解决传统教学中存在的问题,“电子政务概论”课程要完成知识目标、思政目标、技能目标、态度目标四大教学目标,以实现学生合作竞争能力、实践操作能力、写作表达能力、创新协同能力的提升。为取得预期教学效果,在教学环节中,要注重课前资源整合,利用好数字课堂,以成果导向促进课后评价;在课中教学组织形式上,打造“线上+线下”“理论+实践”“项目+创新”三条“课程链”;在考核评价过程中,运用试卷测验、实验模拟、项目比赛的阶段式考核方式,精准验证混合式教学改革效果。The mixed teaching reform of Introduction to E-government course is an important way to promote the construction of online and offline mixed first-class courses and cultivate comprehensive talents of e-government.Based on the concept of OBE and the combination of online and offline teaching means,in order to solve the problems of traditional teaching,the Introduction to E-government course should complete the four teaching objectives of knowledge goal,ideological and political goal,skill goal and attitude goal,so as to achieve the improvement of students’cooperative competitiveness,practical operation ability,writing expression ability and innovative and collaborative ability.In order to achieve the expected teaching effect,in the teaching links,we should pay attention to the integration of pre-class resources,make good use of digital classroom,and promote after-class evaluation with result-oriented;In the form of teaching organization,three“course chains”,“online+offline”,“theory+practice”and“project+innovation”,are created.In the assessment and evaluation process,the phased assessment methods of examination paper test,experimental simulation and project competition are used to accurately verify the effect of hybrid teaching reform.
