摘  要:绝缘子的可靠性直接影响电力系统安全,为减少电网安全隐患,提出交叉跨越段输电线绝缘子发热检测方法。分析绝缘子极化效应、漏电和表面爬电3种发热现象的特点,分别计算发热功率和升温状况;利用调节电路、控制设备、传感头和电源等部件构建光电传感器的整体架构,并结合一体化思想改进传统传感头的连接方式,采用封装手法提高光路耦合效率;使用卡尔曼滤波算法将离散方程线性化;根据所采集的信息记录光电场强度变化情况,计算晶体主要方向轴的双折射率和相位差,获得绝缘子周围的光电强度,检测出绝缘子是否发热。实验证明,所提方法信息采集的真实度较高,线性拟合程度高,可行性强,能充分利用光电传感器的优势,准确地检测绝缘子的性能。The reliability of insulators directly affects the safety of the power system.To reduce potential safety hazards in the power grid,a heat detection method for insulators in cross crossing transmission lines is proposed.First,the characteristics of insulator polarization effect,leakage and surface creepage are analyzed,and the heating power and temperature rise are calculated respectively.Second,the whole structure of the photoelectric sensor is constructed by using components of the adjusting circuit,control equipment,sensor head and power supply.Combined with the idea of integration,the connection mode of the traditional sensor head is improved,and the packaging method is adopted to improve the optical path coupling efficiency.The discrete equation is linearized by Kalman filter algorithm.According to the collected information,the change of photoelectric field intensity is recorded;the birefringence and phase difference of the main direction axis of the crystal is calculated;the photoelectric intensity around the insulator is obtained to detect whether the insulator is heated.Finally,the experiments show that the proposed method has high authenticity,high degree of linear fitting and strong feasibility.By making full use of the advantages of the photoelectric sensor the method can accurately detect the performance of insulators.
