摘　　要：细胞衰老是抑制肿瘤细胞增殖的重要机制,当前主要采用衰老疗法治疗癌症。鉴于衰老细胞在肿瘤中的复杂作用,单独使用促衰老疗法或者抗衰老疗法治疗效果都不理想。为系统地了解细胞衰老在肿瘤治疗中的研究现状,为后续治疗指引方向,本文总结了细胞衰老的特征和机制,讨论了目前利用衰老治疗癌症的各种策略,期待为肿瘤治疗提供新的思路与方法。Cellular senescence is an important mechanism for suppressing tumor cell proliferation,and currently,senescence therapy is mainly used to treat cancer.Due to the complex role of senescent cells in tumors,using either pro-senescence therapy or senotherapy alone has proven unsatisfactory.In order to systemically understand the current research status of cellular senescence in tumor treatment and guide subsequent treatment direction,this article summarize the characteristics and mechanisms of cellular senescence,discuss various strategies currently employed for cancer therapy using senescence,and aim to provide new insights and methods for tumor treatment.
